Paellas

We have four kinds of paellas. Paellas can be designed according your diet

Paella Mixta

(Seafood and meat paella). Seasonal ingredients usually include Spanish rice, chicken, prawns, squid, mussels, capsicums, green beans, peas with our special home made stock and saffron.

Paella de Marisco

(seafood paella). Seasonal ingredients usually include Spanish rice, prawns, squid, mussels, clams, capsicums, green beans, peas with our special home made stock and saffron.

Paella de Carne

(Meat paella). Seasonal ingredients usually include Spanish rice, pork ribs, chorizo, capsicums, green beans, peas with our special home made stock and saffron.

Paella Vegetariana

(Vegetarian Paella). A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables include capsicum, broad beans, green beans, asparagus, artichokes, peas with our 100% vegetarian stock and saffron.

 

Tapas

Tapas are the best way to enjoy Spanish food. Tapas= share.

We offer a variety of Tapas:

  • Tortilla Española (Spanish potato and onion omelette)
  • Chorizitos (Grilled Spanish chorizo)
  • Empanada Gallega (Tuna, capsicum and apple turnover)
  • Fried salted rosemary almonds
  • Spanish marinated olives
  • Patatas Bravas (Potatoes with spicy tomato sauce)
  • Albondigas (Spanish meatballs in white wine sauce)
  • Tabla de embutidos -Spanish board with Manchego cheese, Serrano ham (Spanish cured ham) and quince
  • Ensaladilla (Spanish potato salad)
  • Pantumaca ( toasted bread with tomato spread and serrano ham)
  • Champiñones ajillo (Sauté mushrooms with garlic sauce)
  • Croquetas (Serrano ham croquettes with béchamel sauce)
