Paella
Learn and enjoy how to cook Paella from Spanish Chef. Gualterio. He will provide a 3 hours cooking session that includes the history and origin of this dish. You will learn the proper technic, the right equipment to use and about the traditional ingredients used in Paella. You will be fully involved in creating this dish from the beginning to the end. When the paella is ready, you will eat it while you sip a glass of homemade sangria.
Tapas
I will give you a tapas tour of Spanish gastronomy. You experience the many regional tapas that Spain has to offer. Each region uses different ingredients and presentation, which you will learn about first hand. I will show you how to prepare traditional Spanish tapas, as if you were in a Tapas Bar in Spain. This is a great class to take with a group, as it will enhance the experience of being in a Spanish bar with your friends.
Both the Paella and Tapas classes are great for social, team building and corporate events. Cooking classes available in Spanish and English. Gift vouchers are also available.
